Terms and Conditions
Please note that these policies are put into place to ensure the safety and welfare of the client. Clients are to respect the booking and cancellation policy and in doing so, support the artist’s professional working schedule.
Medical Contraindications
Although I would like to treat every client, it is simply not possible to carry this through if clients present with certain medical contraindications, medications or if they are pregnant. Please disclose your medical conditions and medications honestly, to ensure your safety and wellness.
Sensitivity Testing
It is mandatory that clients receive in-clinic patch testing from myself at least forty-eight hours before their microblading appointment. I have the right to refuse to treat you without a negative reaction or record of patch testing.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to the artist, please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will automatically result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
A minimum 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without deposit forfeiture. Less than a 48-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your next appointment.
The exception to this rule is an allergic reaction which must be reported to Kimberley within 48-hours from the onset of symptoms, accompanied with photographic evidence of symptoms. This is extremely important for client welfare to gain immediate advice and for any signposting to medical help, if necessary.
